Welcome to my journey as a teacher of English Language and Literature to Jamaican students.

I have begun a website for sharing with my students in their quest to learn English.

As I keep telling them English no hard. It is not. You just need the right approach. (smiles)

    So we have read An Honest Thief.


    Tell me :


    1. Who was the 'real bad man'?


    2. Did Mr. Spencer deserve what happened? Why?


    3. Compare Mr. Spencer and Bulldog. (How are they alike? How are they different?)


    4. What did you think of Mrs. Spencer? Why?


    5. Explain how greed, role of women in society, power and authority were shown in the story.

    Because he was waiting on Bulldog to shoot him and if his wife did not distract him he would have probably seen him.
